Graphics(Scrolling) Lag after Mavericks Installation

Posted on Oct 25, 2013 5:45 AM, Apple Support Communities - MacBook Pro | discussions.apple.com

After Mavericks Update installation my MBP 13' i5 mid 2012 HD4000 is been presenting noticeable graphics lag when scrolling (Safari, Chrome, Dock, Scrolling sideways, Launch Pad, i can say everywhere).

It was working with no problems of this kind with Mountain Lion 10.8.5, everything runned smoothly.

Has anybody has or solve this issue ? is extremly annoying,

4.4.2 AOSP scrolling lag

Posted on Mar 15, 2014 9:38 AM,

Hi, after trying every single AOSP ROM out there, they all have this weird scrolling lag that when I hold my finger on the screen while scrolling, it seems to stutter, like the screen seems like its running at 20fps instead of 60. I remember some older builds of Omni and slimkat had it fixed but...

IOS Chrome Scrolling Lag due to Jquery Function

Scrolling Lag Test w/ Quartz Debug

Hey folks, If there is already a page for this, then I apologize. I know there are lots of threads complaining about scrolling lag and for a brief period I had late 2013 13" rmbp, but returned it in the 2 week window because I needed a bigger screen. While the 13" only had the traditional iris, i...

Jumpy display scrolling post Mavericks

Scrolling in Safari has become a problem on my MacBooks Pro. After installing Mavericks I started noticing "waves" when scrolling in Safari. I visited my local Genius bar and they ran tests and determined that it was possibly software based. Reinstalled a fresh copy of Mavericks and seemed fine...unti...

Scrolling lag - Parallels 10

Posted on Aug 21, 2014 12:21 PM,

Hi there - I am experiencing a large amount of lag in Office in Parallels 10 when scrolling. Not a problem when grabbing the scroll bars directly, but using two-finger scrolling is very laggy, close to 1 second between the action and the movement on the screen. The lag seems inconsistent as well - the...
