I upgraded my ASUS laptop computer with Windows 8.0 to 8.1. Now My Office 2013 Outlook program crashes every time; I am unable to use it. I went to the Atlanta Microsoft Store. A trainer, and a technician, attempted to fix the problem. They tried opening Outlook in safe mode and it didn't help. They uninstalled Office 365, then reinstalled it. Still were unsuccessful.
Today I executed a recovery on my laptop. Then I uninstalled Office 365, then reinstalled it. Still unsuccessful.
Any more ideas on how to correct this problem?
